Beatrice Trapasso Dermer joined NCRC in 2010 as Director of Development. She brings NCRC more than 20 years of fundraising experience with national and community-based organizations, most recently as Senior Manager of Grants at ZERO TO THREE: National Center for Infants, Toddlers, and Families.   She is the mother of two teen-agers and enjoys cooking and playing classical piano.
