Charmeda Berkley serves as a Compliance Manager for National Neighbors, the fair housing and lending division of NCRC. Charmeda has served as a program manager with NCRC member agency Baltimore Neighborhoods Inc., and she is a graduate of Towson University. She is currently also pursuing a Masters in Nonprofit Management at the College of Notre Dame of Maryland. In addition to her extensive testing experience, Charmeda has also served as a Maryland Commission on Human Relations mediator.
