Before coming to NCRC, Ashley coordinated a mentorship program for a not-for-profit organization aimed at preparing young people for careers in transportation and construction, developed a needs assessment to determine organizational readiness and commitment to developing a successful mentorship program, and gathered relevant data from senior leadership to successfully implement group mentoring and on-going development. Among her experiences include working with the Lindamood-Bell Learning Center and Sandra Hartog and Associates developing instructional design for strengthening sensory images and performing role plays with second-level managers through a virtual leadership development platform, respectively. Ashley worked with the US Census Bureau where she conducted structured interviews for mass employment hiring. Ashley has a Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University.
