Description: This course will provide in-depth training for non-profits on how to improve the operation and performance of their homeownership counseling program and incorporate standardization and compliance within their organizations.
Topics covered will include: recruiting, supporting and retaining staff; performing contract reviews and programmatic assessments; ensuring quality assurance; efficiently managing case files utilizing a variety of time management techniques; complying with civil right requirements; marketing; and fund resource development.
