SUMMARY:The Proposed CRA Rule: What Changes and What's at Stake
DESCRIPTION:Join NCRC’s Sabrina Terry\, Chief of Programs and Strategic Development\, and NALCAB for a discussion about what the proposed changes to the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) could mean for low-to-moderate-income and Latino communities. \n\n\n\nPanelists will discuss how the CRA currently drives investment in low-to-moderate-income neighborhoods and how the OCC and FDIC proposal could affect community lenders\, housing developers and community development organizations. The public comment period closes October 13. \n\n\n\nSabrina will be joined by Emi Reyes\, CEO of LEDC-DC and NALCAB Board Member; Sarah Brundage\, President and CEO of NAAHL; Eric Belsky\, Nonresident Fellow at the Urban Institute; and Nikitra Bailey\, Executive Vice President at NFHA.
