2027 Just Economy Conference Call for Sessions Informational Webinar
July 9 , 1:00 pm EDT – 2:00 pm EDT
This webinar will discuss the call for sessions submission guidelines and helpful tips to strengthen your proposal. Submissions are due July 30th.
Background:
Add your voice and expertise to the 2027 Just Economy Conference. The conference takes place May 5-6 in Washington, DC, and will be preceded by NCRC’s member-only Hill Day on May 4.
This is the national event for community, business, foundation, policy and government leaders who want a nation that not only promises but delivers opportunities for all Americans to build wealth and live well. National and local leaders, visionaries and changemakers gather to learn, ask hard questions, network and share ideas on how to make a Just Economy a national priority and a local reality.
The conference includes a wide range of breakout sessions and workshops shaped by the people who matter most: practitioners on the ground experiencing funding changes firsthand and developing the creative, community-driven solutions needed to meet the moment.
What do you want to talk about? Whose voices do you want to include? What new ideas, best practices or insights can you share from your work and experience? How will you design your session to engage the audience? How can the audience take home your learnings into their community?
We’re inviting you now: pitch your session ideas. Tell us what you want to talk about, and who you want to include in the discussion.
Speakers:
- Caitie Rountree, Director, Membership & Events, NCRC
- Haley Schneider, Conference & Events Specialist, NCRC
