Anneliese Lederer
Anneliese Lederer is the Director of Fair Lending and Consumer Protection for NCRC. Anneliese is a graduate of the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law and Yeshiva University Stern College for Women. She is a member of the bar in the state of Maryland. She has previously worked and interned for a diverse group of legal practices and legislative interests.

Lara is the Fair Housing & Fair Lending Program Coordinator at NCRC. Prior to working with NCRC, Lara worked in international development with various nonprofits. Lara holds a bachelor’s degree in History & a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri. She received her law degree from the University of Missouri School of Law. She is a member of the Missouri Bar. Lara lives in Alexandria, Virginia, with her husband and her dog.

Sara Oros
Sara Oros is the Fair Housing/Fair Lending Program Coordinator at NCRC. Sara attended Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania, where she graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Political Science and a focus in business administration. Prior to this role, she was a communications and development intern at NCRC. She has also previously interned at the United Way of Erie County, where she worked on marketing and communications strategies for student success in the Erie community. She is passionate about economic justice and a huge supporter of fair trade coffee production.
