Director of Administration Vickie Marx is the Director of Administration at NCRC. Prior to this role, she was Special Assistant to the Executive Office of NCRC. She provides administrative support to John Taylor, President and CEO She also develops materials for the Board of Directors. Vickie has thirty years of experience in the not-for-profit world, primarily with The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington where she served as chief of staff, chief leadership officer, director of personnel, and director of planning and allocations. She served as a “right hand” to four CEOs and six presidents; she is a jack of many trades with extensive experience in board development, leadership training, human resource development and fundraising. Vickie is a graduate of Duke University and has a masters degree in social work from the University of Chicago. Vickie is married to Eric Marx and has two young adult children, Danny and Robin.
